- Open trips are available. Contact the admin for further information.
- Orders cannot be placed without a Down Payment (DP).
- Payment is divided into two stages:
- First payment (Down Payment) is 30% of the total payment, depending on the selected package.
- The remaining amount must be paid no later than 7 days before the trip.
- The deposit is non-refundable if the participant arrives late at the meeting point or cancels the trip within 2 weeks before the scheduled departure.
- If a participant cancels the trip 1 month before the booking date, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
- A full refund is provided for cancellations made more than 2 months before the trip.
- Participants can reschedule their trip up to 30 days before the departure date.
- The trip may be canceled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, in which case the Down
- Payment (DP) will be fully refunded.
- The itinerary may change at any time due to weather conditions.
